People often look for the BIG solutions to our global environmental, and even economic, challenges. In reality, it’s the little decisions we make every day that compound to create either a solution, or a problem. Here’s a short quiz from National Geographic that helps make a point about thinking about our daily choices to each achieve a high “GREENDEX” score to roughly compare sustainable practices. What’s your GREENDEX, and how do you compare with people in other countries?
Here is a link to the GREENDEX survey – it takes about three minutes to complete. Once you are there, explore the rest of the GREENDEX page (hosted by National Geographic). There is a wealth of clear articles and easy-to-use information.
If you’re on Facebook, post your GREENDEX score on our Facebook Group website, and let us know what you’re doing, or thinking of doing, to live more sustainably.
